Food Arrangement
Outside food is not allowed.

The hotel is not pet friendly.

ID Proof Related
Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
Non-Govt. IDs and PAN Card are not accepted as ID proof(s).

Hotel Policy
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID needs to carry by every person above the age of 18 staying at Mysa Resort & Spa, Udaipur. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Aadhar Card. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Primary guests who check-in into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged according to hotel SOP. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.

Child Policy
Child up to 05 years will be complimentary above which will be chargeable as Extra Adult as per hotel policy.

Check-In/Check-out
Hotel Check-in Time is 2 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

Reservation Policy

  • All reservations will be on a tentative basis unless there is an e-mail from BTC company authorized person or in the case of individuals entire payment will be collected from the individual before check-in.
  • Special rates quoted are non-commissionable and will be on a per night basis and as per government taxes. Taxes will be applicable as per govt. normal at the time of check-in.
  • Kindly note early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, extra tariff would be charged for early check-in or late check-out.
  • In case of early check-outs, a 01-night retention charge will be applicable. However, any modifications to the booking made more than 24 hours prior to the check-out will be considered.
  • All no-shows will be charged for 01-night retention.
  • Extra bed will be charged @ Rs. 2500 /-
  • Child below 5 years is complimentary above will be charged.
  • The special rates quoted by Hotel cannot be displayed on the internet, electronic media, or any other media which is open to the general public.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Charges for individual bookings Any booking cancellation before 72 hours from the arrival date will be fully refunded. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • Any booking cancellation after 72 hours from Check-In date, one-night retention will be charged and balance will be refunded, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • Applicable on Blackout dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends)
  • 25% retention on booking amount will be charged, if booking got cancelled within15-30 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 50% retention on booking amount will be charged, if booking got cancelled within 08- 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 100% retention on booking amount will be charged if booking got cancelled within 07 days from the arrival date.

Cancellation Charges for Group bookings

  • In the case of a group, booking is defined as 05 rooms and above.
  • 25% retention on booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within15-30 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • 50% retention on booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 08- 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done Credit/Debit card.
  • 100% retention on booking amount will be charged if cancelled within 07 days from the arrival date.
  • Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund if applicable as per the company policy.
